The SVSPF servo Piston filling machine is designed with an advanced technology servo drive system which is suitable for handling a wide variety of semi-viscous and High Viscous products. Exclusive and Versatile design of Servo control system coupled with the linear movement of the filling piston provides consistent accurate filling as desired. The delicate servo system controls the filling volume through precise piston strokes, providing high filling accuracy. The piston is intelligently designed with an adjusting mechanism to enable users to obtain ultimate higher accuracy.
This SVSPF piston filling machine model has Touch Screen Display and this user-friendly feature of the display allows the operator to adjust the fill volume and is also capable of storing multiple recipe in the system. The operator can create, copy, edit and recall the recipe as desired.Change over completely tools-free, giving users a fast and efficient result. Product Applications
Filling Process
Step - 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor convey the bottles very smoothly. When container moves on conveyor Product Sensor gives command to PLC and Stopper system hold the 4 nos. of bottle below the filling station at right position for filling.
Step - 2
The Driving Nozzels unit comes downward and nozzles entering in to the bottle same time PLC unit gives command to Acutator valve & servo motor to start roate in forward direction and piston which is coupled with the Servo Motor will start the filling.
Step - 3
When servo motor count reach at sattable count then actuator valve goes shut off and same time servo motor also stop and then rotate reverse direction, Nozzles unit moves upward and Bottle Stopper will open and bottles moves out from the filling statiion. In reverse rotate of servo motor, piston will suck the liquid from storage tank for next filling cycle.
Step - 4
Then the bottle goes to the next processing.
