Automatic Servo Gear Pump Liquid Filling Machine – SVSGF is an extremely flexible filler capable of filling accurately and rapidly any syrups liquid. Servo Base Filling Machine is suitable to fill viscous liquids like tomato paste, Ketchup, jams, marmalade, fruit juices and purees, vegetable and mineral oils into glass, Pet bottle, metallic or plastic containers, bottle and Jars. This SVSGF is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel frame.This servo-based automatic filler automatically indexes the container under the filling nozzle to fill viscous products without input. The output of Bottle Filling Machines depending on nature of Liquids, Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Neck Size and Fill Volume.
SVSGF is designed to increase the efficiency of production lines used in the cosmetics, food service, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical and personal care industries.All contact parts are made of 304/ 316 stainless steel and can be equipped with 1-12 filling heads. Equipment can be customised for different types of filling capacity and accuracy according to the needs of the industry. Machine is available in 1-2-4-6-8 head configuration. Product Applications
Filling Process
Step - 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor convey the bottles very smoothly. When container moves on conveyor Product Sensor gives command to PLC and Stopper system hold the 4 nos. of bottle below the filling station at right position for filling.
Step - 2
The Driving Nozzels unit comes downward and nozzles entering in to the bottle same time PLC unit gives command to Acutator valve & servo motor to start and Gear pump which is coupled with the Servo Motor will start the filling.
Step - 3
When servo motor count reach at sattable count then actuator valve goes shut off and same time servo motor also stop. Nozzles unit moves upward and Bottle Stopper will open and bottles moves out from the filling statiion.
Step - 4
Then the bottle goes to the next processing.
