Filling Process
Step – 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor convey the bottles very smoothly. When container moves on conveyor Product Sensor gives command to PLC and Stopper system hold the bottle below the filling station at right position for filling.
Step – 2
The Driving Nozzels unit comes downward and nozzles entering in to the bottle same time PLC unit gives command to Acutator valve & Gear pump will start the filling.Flower meter which placed inline with nozzel will mesure the liquid flow.
Step – 3
When flow meter count reach at sattable count then actuator valve goes shut off and same time servo motor also stop. Nozzles unit moves upward and Bottle Stopper will open and bottles moves out from the filling statiion.
Step – 4
Then the bottle goes to the next processing.

The machine has its own pumping system to fill the programmed liquid in Bottle. The flow of liquid is measured and converted in to electronic signals being controlled by the PLC base circuit. No mechanical adjustments are required to set different fill volumes with different sizes of containers.
How do Automatic Mass Flow Liquid Filling Machine Work?
While the machine fills the bottle, the load cell measures the change in overall weight. Once the predefined overall weight has been reached, the filling process automatically stops and the bottle is conveyed to the capping station.
